Do I have to call when it snows?
No. Anything over 5 cm triggers service automatically. That is the whole point of the contract.
Do you shovel the walkway or just plow the driveway?
Both. The driveway is plowed and the walkways, porch and side entrances are cleared by hand on every visit.
Do you salt?
Yes, on every visit by default. If you would rather we skip salt on your surfaces, tell us and we will.
Do you guarantee a time?
We do not promise a clock time, because storms do not keep one. What we promise is the trigger, the scope and that we come every time.
