1. Information we collect

• Contact & identity: name, address(es), phone, email.
• Property & service details: property size, service history, notes, gate codes, and before/after photos of work performed.
• Transaction information: estimates, invoices, amounts, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers — card payments are handled by our payment processor.
• Communications: emails, texts, and call notes related to your service.
• Website data: basic technical data such as IP address and device/browser type.

2. Why we use it (purposes)

• To provide, schedule, and perform services and support.
• To prepare estimates and invoices and to process payments.
• To communicate with you about your service and account.
• To send marketing (reminders, seasonal offers) — only with your consent (see §5).
• To keep records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Consent

We collect and use your information with your consent, which may be express or implied depending on the sensitivity and context, consistent with PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25. You may withdraw consent for non-essential uses at any time, subject to legal and contractual limits.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers who help us operate (e.g., our payment processor, and the software we use to manage our business and communications), under confidentiality obligations and only as needed;
• when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Some service providers may process data outside your province or Canada; where that occurs, comparable protections are required by contract.

5. Marketing messages and CASL

• We send commercial electronic messages (marketing emails/texts) only with your consent, and every such message identifies us and includes an unsubscribe option.
• You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link, replying STOP to a text, or contacting us. We will honour opt-outs promptly.

6. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then securely delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccuracies, and, where applicable, request deletion or withdraw consent. 9. Children

Our services are directed to property owners/managers; we do not knowingly collect information from children.
